Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential administrative support to the President and Vice-President
  • Manage calendar and schedule/reschedule all meetings including TEAMS, Webex and appointments as required.
  • Credit card reconciliation.
  • Travel Planning
  • Coordinate execution of various documents
  • Response to/screen telephone calls
  • Coordinate, support, and assist with internal and external partner inquiries.
  • Donations/Sponsorship tracking
  • Event Ticket tracking and distribution
  • Develop and maintain a well-organized filing system.
  • Personal banking
  • Personal Fleet Management

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000

Under the direction of the VP of Customer Care and Quality Assurance, the Service Technician will report directly to the Customer Service Field Manager, and is responsible to:

Responsibilities:

• Perform various tasks requested by the on-site Customer Service Representative
• Communicate with site staff to ensure a quality product is being delivered
• Adhere to instructions stipulated on a work order created by the Service Representative
• Maintain daily logs of work performed and adhere to all Condo rules
• Report any problem issues or concerns to the Field Manager and/or Site Coordinator
• Always carry out repairs in a good workmanship manner and with cleanliness
• When applicable, always maintain the company vehicle in a respectable condition
• Always report to work dressed in company-supplied uniform, and PPE as required
• Be equipped with all the necessary tools to carry out standard repairs
• Conduct in a professional manner and provide the best customer service possible
• Periodically required to respond to after-hours emergency calls when scheduled on-call
• Follow all procedures and policies stipulated in the Company Employee Manual
• Attend Customer Service staff meetings and workshops as required

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000

Under the direction of the VP of Customer Care & Quality Assurance, the on-site Customer Service Representative will directly report to the Customer Service Field Manager and will be responsible to:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site after sales service enquiries;
  • Assess homeowner correspondence and issue work orders respectively;
  • Document deficiencies using in-house software and create Service Work Orders;
  • Delegate tasks to the respective service technician with work orders via data base;
  • Maintain logs and generate reports;
  • Inform trades and subcontractors of outstanding work as required;
  • Provide customer and trade information to the Site Superintendent when requested;
  • Follow all policies and procedures stipulated in the company Employee Manual;
  • To follow instructions delegated by the Field Manager;
  • Request assistance from the Field Manager as required to address daily issues;
  • Report to the Field Manager problematic trades to be addressed in a timely fashion;
  • Attend staff meetings when requested;
  • Communicate with site staff to ensure a quality end product is being delivered;
  • To always conduct in a professional manner and provide the best customer service possible;
  • To accept same above duties if transferred to the High Rise division;


Salary Range:
$65,000 - $75,000
